Where a stain, damp patch or leak appears is often the first clue to its source. The definite answer still comes from an on-site diagnosis.
If you want to understand the problem before committing to a solution
Find out the source of the problem before any work begins. A site inspection is carried out, findings are documented in a written report, and the required system is technically specified.
Because the party preparing the report is not the party carrying out the work, the specified solution is determined by the condition of the building — not by the product to be sold. The report also enables like-for-like comparison of quotations and can serve as technical evidence in disputes.

The building is visited in person. Neither diagnosis nor solution is discussed before this step is complete.
The source of the problem, the cause, and what needs to be done is put in writing: which product, which thickness, in which sequence, with which detail.
What is to be applied to which surface, how many square metres, which materials and the cost of each item are made clearly visible.
The consultant is present on site during the work. Critical details are checked before they are covered; non-conformances are reported in writing.
At the end of the work, a file is handed over showing what was done, how it was done, which materials were used, and that the work conforms to the specification.
